"Born in England ; my parents immediately emigrated in California then Canada. We returned to England in 1976 to flares, Monty Python & Led Zeppelin. After leaving school, I embarked on a career as a salty sea dog in the Merchant Navy. On leaving the sea, unable to get a proper job there was only one answer : become a photographer. I study photography for 3 years in Gloucester. I've always concentrated primarily on landscape, nature and travel related work for stock, commissions and publishing.
By some fluke I managed to win awards from the British Gas/BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year Awards in 1985, 1989 & 1990. In 1987 Wendy took pity on me married me, she now helps me operate our multi national corporation from Milborne Port, the economic centre of Europe, near Sherborne in Dorset."
